This service is perfect for the interstate / overseas purchaser. If you are active on the real-estate websites and know which properties you want to inspect and are happy to arrange your own conveyancers, building and pest inspections etc. but you can't inspect the properties yourself this service will save you tens of thousands of dollars. A service that you pay per property that we inspect on your behalf. A fee that in all likelihood will cost less than the airfares / hotel rooms and car hire that it would cost yourself. Great for creating a shortlist if you wish to at some point inspect yourself.
Buyers Agent
Profit from my 30 years of real estate expertise. Finally, a streamlined service that helps keep money in the purchasers pocket. Our minimum fee starts at $4500.00 with an expectation that in many cases our fee will equate to about 1% of the purchase price. Conditions apply.
Vendor Advocacy
This service is perfect for the overseas / interstate Queensland property owner. We help you hire the right agent to sell one of the most valuable assets that you own. We structure our fee so that there is no conflict of interest and fees for this service are 0.25% of the sale price with a minimum fee of $1500.
Property Manager Selection
This service is again perfect for the absentee investor. We help you select the right Property Manager for your investment property. We can also offer advice on any potential ways to increase your returns. Fees for this service are 2 weeks rent with a minimum fee of $1200.
